Academics

The men of Lambda Chi believe we are here to build ourselves into tomorrow’s leaders. Whether that is in a club or organization on campus, taking an officer position at Alpha-Delta, or in our future careers, we go nowhere without the hard work and dedication needed to propel ourselves toward future endeavors. We hold this motto close to our hearts everyday, and it’s shown through our academics and support for our brothers as they advance through their college careers.

Our Study Hours program helps to teach our new members good study habits as they embark on their journey through college course loads and the time management skills needed to succeed. This program consists of working with each new member to schedule 4 hours into each day for academic based activities such as studying, homework, or previewing material for a class. Sunday through Thursday nightly, a group study is held where new members and active members study together to promote collaboration and help between peers.

All members of the incoming Freshman class room with a Sophomore their first semester in the house to act as a resource and guide. This is to ensure we present everyone with the resources they need to succeed while forming meaningful connections as we grow.
